Does not show vidoes

I did not read the reviews before I bought this app…I was in a hurry and that is my fault. That said, this app does work as advertised. I wanted to preview videos my son shot and the app counts them like it knows they are there but they don’t show up, only the pics do. Maybe I am doing somethin wrong and am open to suggestions otherwise this thing is useless.

Apple needs to step in and remove this app and refund people their money.
